Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Customized or personalized items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Process for Returning an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@funkbeast.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send the returned item.
- Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send the item to the specified address using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@funkbeast.com and send your item to the return address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
